This position is responsible for leading a team ofengineering professionals responsible for a broad spectrum of technical andadministrative duties.  Team is primarilyresponsible for managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance offacilities systems; Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications;Activities include Capacity Analysis, Reliability Engineering, SystemsOptimization, Project Management, and Cost Reduction initiatives.

• Lead design, specification,procurement, development, installation, and implementation of facilitiessystems equipment and process related systems within the plant, utilizing alarmmanagement, capacity vs. demand, risk assessment;

• Support/lead continuous improvementefforts within the plant in terms of production/labor efficiency, reliability,quality, 5S, ergonomics, health/safety, and environmental issues;

• Actively support corporate ESHprograms and policies;

• Manage budgets for engineeringprojects and related maintenance activities;

• Provide/lead problem solvingefforts within plant relating to production/labor efficiency, reliability,quality, 5S, ergonomics, health/safety, and environmental issues;

• Develop and maintain appropriateprocedures and ensure they are utilized and followed;

• Provide engineering or maintenancesupport, including customer related issues;

• Participate in forecasting ofcapital plans/roadmap and yearly budgets;

• Through the change control process,review and approve or reject proposed changes to system design or operations;

• Maintain reliability informationrelating to plant systems;

• Maintain monthly utility tracking;

• Ensure proper communicationchannels are followed when process changes are planned or made within thefacility or when major events occur;

• Maintain a competent team possessingappropriate technical expertise;

任职资格：

• Minimum Education Requirements – BSEngineering;

• Semiconductor Wafer Fab or relatedSustaining Facilities Experience;

• Functional knowledge of facilitiesrelated systems and automated building management systems;

• Strong analytical skills forassessing problems and developing corrective actions;

• Excellent organizational skills;ability to effectively advance multiple activities simultaneously;

• Excellent leadership, facilitation,presentation, and communication skills;

• Excellent professional verbal andwritten communication skills;

• Able to interface professionallyand effectively with all levels of management;

• Ability to lead cross functionalgroups of engineers, technicians, managers, internal customers, and suppliers;

• Commitment to providing a safe,reliable, and efficient work environment;
